The staff WERE lovely and helpful. The room was also very clean.
the WiFi was terrible, and I could BARELY load a webpage. This made planning my itinerary rather difficult. I rely on the internet for work, and its unreliability was a major inconvenience.

The room was super clean. It had many complimentary drinks. Staff was friendly. I also appreciate the cleanliness.
The room was a little small. There were a lot of steps to access the room. No breakfast was available. Price didn't include it either.

The room was lovely. It was spotlessly clean. This pleased me. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was a little small. There were many steps to reach the room. The lady at the reception walked straight past us upon departure without saying a word.

damp smell tv remote
the staff was lovely and the room was very clean.
i found the room rather small. there was also a noticeable damp smell. the tv remote didn't work properly, and the channels kept changing on their own, quite annoying.
